 For anyone who has purchased real estate they know how emotional it can be.  It might just be one of the biggest decisions in ones life.  Zahir Khan made it easy for me, he was their to answer all my questions, many times over and over.  He was very patient with me which made it easy for me and my wife.  He help me find a mortgage broker and a lawyer.  He was able to walk and guide me though the whole experience.  "He earned his commission".
 
He was also there when it came for me to sell my property.  He got me 96% of the asking price and my property which was sold in three days.  I credit it to listening to his helpful advice on staging the property.  I also got the price I wanted.
 
When I bought my house I knew I was in good hands with Zahir again,  He negotiated for me and got me a really good price on the house.
 
In conclusion I would have to say that I highly recommend his service to others, If you are  looking for an agent that is honest, reliable, punctual, patient and a man of integrity then call Zahir Khan.  My brother did and Zahir sold his property too.
